Practice PNV with our AxisVisio device

Who is remote training for?

No PNV center nearby?
Personal circumstances that require a more flexible approach?

Everyone has their own reasons for choosing a remote training program under the supervision of a practitioner. However, experience shows that this type of training may not be suitable for everyone in every situation.

At the beginning of the training, test-images may move quite a lot, and you may still be unfamiliar with the method. This can require regular support from your practitioner during sessions, making training at a PNV center more appropriate. Whenever possible, it is therefore preferable to complete a few sessions at a center before starting remote training, so that you can become familiar with the method.

Remote training can be particularly beneficial as you progress through the method and become more independent, with improved nervous system regulation supporting this growing autonomy.

Practical Questions

Are the devices easy to use?

The devices are very easy to use, and after just a few sessions, it will take you no more than a minute to set up your test. If you have already completed a few sessions at a center, you will be familiar with some aspects of the method, making it easier to get started with remote training.
You will also have access to your personal client portal / online account with an instruction guide covering the main points of using the devices, as well as a reminder of how to approach the test. In any case, you will remain in regular contact with your practitioner throughout your training, and they will help you if you encounter any difficulties.

I am worried that I will quickly lose motivation because I will be more isolated with this type of training.

Remote training gives you greater independence in scheduling your sessions, but this also means making an extra effort to maintain regular practice, which is not always easy. Together with your practitioner, you can set up notifications to remind you about your sessions and schedule regular times to complete them.
You can also join regular group sessions or do your sessions with your practitioner by phone or video conferencing. It may also be helpful to attend a session at a PNV center from time to time to maintain momentum throughout your training.

How does remote training work?

I complete an initial PNV Assessment. The assessment required before any remote training can only be carried out in the presence of a practitioner. Following this assessment, your practitioner is the only person qualified to determine whether remote training is appropriate in your case. Find the nearest PNV Axis Vision practitioner

I get a device. Your practitioner may be able to rent you an available device. If no device is currently available, please allow approximately two weeks for a new device to be made. For more information, contact Maude Kwarta at +33 (0)6 88 45 39 91 or Florine Marchese at +33 (0)6 20 46 38 07. Once you have received your device, your practitioner will explain how it works and how to use it. Both are very simple.

I begin my remote training under the supervision of a practitioner. For each session, your practitioner sends you the exercises to install on your device through a dedicated app. You can then complete your session whenever you wish. Once your session is finished, you use the same app to let your practitioner know how it went, including how well you were able to maintain the tests and how you felt during the session. Based on this information, your practitioner prepares your next session, and the process continues in the same way. In all other respects, remote training follows the same principles as training at a center.

How will I communicate with my practitioner?

Information about installing your exercises, as well as your feedback after each session, is exchanged through the PNV Axis Vision app.
You will also be in regular contact with your practitioner by phone, email, or another means of communication, so that you can discuss your progress and ask any questions you may have.
