Who is it for?
Anyone with an interest in people and personal development who shares the values of the Axis Vision group.
How does it work?
The training program is offered by the PNV Institute and led by Hélène van Seters-Husson, a practitioner with 25 years of experience and the founder of PNV.
An initial interview provides an opportunity to discuss the training project, ensure that it is a good fit, and determine how the program will be organized.
The program combines written, audio and video materials with workshops and practical exercises, as well as interactive webinars with the Axis Vision group. These sessions bring together experienced and newly qualified practitioners, the trainer and other contributors.
Several in-person sessions are held in Montauban (82), France, while most of the program is completed remotely.
How long does it take?
Level I Certified Practitioners
The program can be spread out over time or completed more intensively, depending on each trainee’s availability and needs.
It includes approximately 40 two-hour sessions covering the historical background, theoretical foundations and practical application of PNV, available live or as recordings. This is complemented by approximately seven two-hour sessions on general neurophysiology and its application to the method, as well as three days of in-person training at the Montauban centre.
Trainees are expected to participate regularly—at least four times a month—in live online discussion and knowledge-sharing sessions with both newer and experienced practitioners.
Full autonomy is generally validated after two years. However, trainees following the intensive program may be able to begin practicing sooner under active supervision.
Once qualified, PNV practitioners commit to participating regularly in online discussion and knowledge-sharing sessions with the Axis Vision group and to keeping their practice up to date.

What support is provided?
CEach practitioner receives individual guidance from the trainer and their mentor, together with the support of the Axis Vision group, until they are fully autonomous. We also support practitioners as they establish their professional activity, including guidance on business status, documentation, business plans, brochures and the practical steps involved. Above all, they benefit from the support and mutual assistance of the group, which can be particularly valuable when getting started.

Although each practitioner is responsible for their own professional activity, an Axis Vision practitioner does not set up a PNV Center alone: the Axis Vision group is there beside them, offering moral support and, at times, more practical assistance.
Once they have established their practice, the learning continues—together, through ongoing exchange and interaction with their trainer, their clients and their peers. Practitioners do not simply rely on what they have already learned; they continue to learn, listen and evolve throughout their professional practice.
