An efficacy based on extensive practical experience

Since the development of CPS Psycho Sensory Culture or Quertant Method, which PNV stems from, thousands of people have benefited from neuro-visual trainings to regulate their nervous systems.

The perspective gained from such rich experience, along with that of our team of PNV practitioners, has allowed us to identify the most frequently encountered cases for which training is most effective.

Who can practice PNV?

Anyone with two functioning eyes and sufficient ability to concentrate (that of a 7 year-old child approximately).

PNV is effective in the following cases:

  • Anxiety
  • Depressive states
  • Insomnia
  • Burn out
  • Excessive irritability
  • Hyper-emotive states
  • Attention problems
  • Hyperactivity
  • Learning difficulties

… But also to support some atypical cognitive profiles whose nervous systems can present certain vulnerabilities:

  • Highly Sensitive Persons
  • Attentional deficits with or without hyperactivity
  • Neuro atypical (i.e. autism)

As well as:

  • Gifted or High IQ
