Hear it from them

“I feel calmer and I can concentrate. When I was eight and a half, before I started the training, I was amped up all the time. I would get angry over nothing, with my mom, at school. I was anxious all the time and had trouble sleeping. I was overly emotional and constantly had stomachaches.
After a month of sessions, things started to calm down. Now, I feel calmer and more at peace. My outbursts and temper tantrums are a thing of the past.
At school, I’m among the top five students in my class, I have more friends, and together we help the younger kids. I can concentrate easily and I have an amazing memory! I’ve also changed my eating habits… no more red meat in the evening. I eat a more balanced diet.
The training has done a lot for me. The part I felt most comfortable with was ‘High Tension.’ It made me feel good.

“I met Florine while wandering through the aisles of a wellness fair. I was amazed at how ‘rational’ her booth looked compared with all the others. And yet I found myself glued to it, because I understood the results but couldn’t figure out the method.
Florine gave me some time to think, then gently joined in: ‘Can I help you?’
Help! In this increasingly impersonal world, it’s so surprising to hear someone genuinely offer you a helping hand. And she offered so much more.
After explaining the method, she gave me an assessment right there. Trust was established immediately, along with a professional relationship.
Florine is gentle, attentive, and caring. She adapts each session to how we’re progressing. Even when we feel lost, she knows exactly where she’s taking us. That’s incredibly reassuring. Whenever we have doubts, she finds the right words to put us at ease.
Of course, you don’t feel the immediate effects of the method the way you might after a counseling session or an intense workout. But the method goes much deeper, taking root in both body and mind. So it’s twice as effective!
It’s such a shame that these noninvasive therapies aren’t as popular as they deserve to be. They’re personal, effective, and affordable.
Spread the word!“

“After an initial period of ‘retraining,’ which helped me move beyond irrational fears in almost every area of my life—fears that prevented me from being myself—PNV is now helping me break free from submissiveness.
The further I progress, the more assertive I become, and the more balanced and grounded I feel, without losing my interest in the world around me or in other people.
I want to complete the training and reach what I call wisdom.
Thank you to my PNV practitioner, Sophie Delagrange, and to the entire PNV team.”
Irène, age 74

“I started PNV in May 2022. It’s now September 2023, and I’m in the third cycle of the training. I’ve done at least two sessions a week, taking breaks during vacations, and sometimes up to four sessions a week during more intensive periods.
Following my initial assessment, my goal was to improve my coordination and focus while driving (I had frequent car accidents). Better coordination would also allow me to fulfill a dream: playing the guitar and singing at the same time.
From the very first sessions, I noticed major changes in areas where I’d previously only managed to make progress through enormous effort.
My overall posture changed. My body had been very rigid, but my pelvis naturally began to tilt and my lower back developed a curve. I felt more comfortable moving through space and spontaneously started dancing—something I could never have imagined before.
I had always been extremely sensitive to physical contact with certain surfaces or other people, yet I started taking martial arts classes!
It was as though my body were waking up from a long sleep. Even other people began noticing the changes.
As the sessions went on, I also found myself gaining more and more perspective on every aspect of my life.
It’s a kind of dual psychological perspective: being fully present in your life while also observing yourself living it.
I felt less and less caught up in the whirlwind of a life that had always moved far too fast for me. It was as if my life were gradually slowing down and settling into place. And yet I was just as active as ever!
What has become most precious to me is this dialogue between the part of me that lives and the part that observes.
It has allowed me to make more thoughtful decisions and take a more mature view of situations and relationships where I’d previously felt stuck, always responding in the same way.
I’ve also learned to recognize situations and relationships that cause intense stress, and to take better care of myself—for example, taking a moment to settle myself before getting behind the wheel.
You might be tempted to think that I simply took some time for myself and did a bit of personal development…
But I’d already explored and put so many things into practice before finally convincing myself to spend hours staring at circles!
I was, of course, seeing a therapist. I’d received training in Nonviolent Communication, volunteered in numerous community and religious organizations, practiced daily meditation and prayer, done yoga, and even tried primitive reflex integration sessions!
And what about the guitar?
By the end of Cycle 1, I was completely won over. But Cycle 2 seemed endless, with very little progress and even some setbacks!
So I trusted the process, put together a playlist of podcasts to beat the boredom, and persevered.
And toward the end of Cycle 2, playing the guitar suddenly became effortless.
I finally experienced what musicians had always described to me, but which I’d never truly known.
The joy and the love.
Losing yourself in the melody, becoming so absorbed in the music that everything else fades away…
So yes, I fully intend to spend a few more hours staring at circles until I finish the training!
Thank you, PNV!”
Marie, age 33

“I first heard about the method through someone who was attending sessions and used to eat at my mother’s restaurant.
At the time, Maxime was eight and a half, and I didn’t know what to do anymore. I’m raising him on my own, and our relationship was very turbulent.
He was extremely aggressive and would lose his temper all the time.
Today, he’s so much calmer, and this ‘work’ has given him confidence in himself.
He’s a very intelligent boy. He’s what people call ‘gifted.’ I was gifted too, and I really suffered because of it.
Everyone involved—Hélène, Lisa, and Agnès—has been extremely attentive and understanding. I’m very happy with the experience.
In fact, Maxime is almost finished. So now it’s going to be my turn! I’m planning to start my sessions in September.
I’m going to take care of myself. I need it.”

“After more than 22 years of suffering from social phobia, erythrophobia (fear of blushing), and anxiety, and having tried just about every therapy imaginable, I came across the PNV method by chance.
Still desperate about my condition, which had caused me to withdraw completely into myself, I decided to go and see Florine.
My initial PNV assessment came as no surprise to me. I knew there was a lot of work to do.
After eight months of training, with two sessions a week, I’m starting to feel positive effects. I’m less anxious, and for the first time, I have hope that I can get through this.
Florine is always there for me. She really listens and adapts to my needs according to the results of each session.
It’s going to be a long journey, but when you’ve been struggling for so long, it’s absolutely worth it.
And all of this without medication—what more could I ask for!!!
Thank you, Florine, for all the energy you put into helping me.”

“I thought it was a method that was more spiritual than technical, so I didn’t really believe it could help me.
But after a few sessions, small changes started happening, with surprisingly impressive results!
You quickly realize that there are several issues you want to work through. And then you start wondering what life will look like once you’ve finished!
Even though there are times when I don’t particularly feel like going to a session, it’s bringing me an enormous amount on a personal level.
To put it simply, I struggle with anger. The slightest thing can make me violent.
There are so many situations I consider unfair, and my way of dealing with them used to be through verbal or physical aggression.
Today, I feel much more at peace.
It didn’t happen overnight, but I’m already seeing results.
I can now accept situations I would never have accepted before. I take the time to think things through and try to handle difficult situations as well as I can.
I’m only at the beginning, and this is just a tiny part of what the training is doing for me.
I can’t wait to continue!”
Éric, age 29

“My son has always been very athletic. Around the age of ten, he started playing handball.
As he reached a higher competitive level and trained more intensively, he began developing shoulder and back problems.
Although he was seeing osteopaths, the injuries, aches, and inflammation became increasingly frequent.
One day, at the end of a session, his osteopath, who was at a loss about what else to do, gave us the name of an acupuncturist in Cannes. We immediately made an appointment.
It was the acupuncturist who suggested trying the PNV method. At the time, I’d never even heard of it.
But when you’re a mother, you’re willing to try anything for your children, aren’t you?
Alongside his recurring injuries and inflammation, my son also had a vocal tic. He made involuntary noises with his mouth, which he obviously couldn’t control. They were very, very irritating, and he was extremely self-conscious about them.
The PNV practitioner explained the method to us and carried out an initial assessment, which showed the nervous system imbalance.
My son started the training straight away.
After about twenty sessions, his muscle tension and inflammation began to decrease. Visits to the osteopath became much less frequent.
The tic disappeared completely after five months and has never returned.”
